He was able to carefully recommend the right property to buy that fit with my specific parameters in addition to assessing the condition of the building to ensure that I was looking at properties that would hold up structurally and that would not necessarily require a large financial commitment for years to come. This is important in smaller buildings that do not hold a large reserve and Brian knew how important this was to me based on my last purchase and the high assessments I had been paying. When it came to my sale, Brian was careful to listen to my potential buyers and answer all questions carefully from the "buying" broker as to work diligently to complete the sale and work towards closing. This was all done with the pulse of the market and his great knowledge always affecting his targeted responses. He followed the market in addition to following the pulse of the high rise building from where I was selling.
